As a result of this we have build an industry first Hands-Free Time-Tracking app that never requires users to open the app or take out their phone.

About the role:

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of a tech startup company, your role is crucial in shaping the company's success. With professional expertise in mobile development and prior experience in tech companies specializing in mobile software, you possess invaluable insights into industry best practices and market trends. As CTO, you oversee all technical aspects, provide strategic guidance, and lead the implementation of innovative mobile app solutions. Your expertise and experience foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the tech team, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of mobile app development.

What you’ll do in this role:

·      Lead the development team to deliver new features for customers, and to expand the depth of existing features while focusing on scalable and high-performance development.

·      Recruit and nurture a high-performance development team

·      Manage and mentor high-performance teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams - effectively communicating engineering progress and strategies.

·      Align development efforts with overall business goals and long-term vision, ensuring success and competitiveness.

·      Evaluate and implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard the company's digital assets and customer data, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.


Who we are looking for:

·     5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms, utilizing technologies such as iOS, Swift, Android, Kotlin, and React

·     Working knowledge of MongoDB and experience with AWS

·     Proven track record of 2+ years in a senior/mid-senior level position within a tech startup or similar tech company, demonstrating the ability to drive innovation, lead high-performing teams, and contribute significantly to the success and growth of the organization.

·     Ability to envision and execute a long-term technology roadmap for mobile app development, aligning with the company's overall business goals, market trends, and recent advancements.

·     Demonstrated leadership capabilities in building and managing high-performing mobile app development teams, fostering a collaborative and agile work culture.

·     Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
