Director, Governance and Strategy

As the Director of Governance and Strategy, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and play a crucial role in the company’s future success. Your responsibilities will include driving operational improvements, designing and implementing key performance indicators, accelerating strategic projects, refining profitability analyses, supporting the implementation of robust management systems, and proposing other strategic initiatives and operational enhancements. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale construction projects ranging from $1.5 million to over a billion dollars and acting as an expert to support the company’s daily activities and operations (Pomerleau and its subsidiaries).
