We're on the lookout for a highly motivated individual with a passion for construction to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for organizing estimating teams to review plans and specifications, preparing bids, selecting vendors and subcontractors, and determining cost-effectiveness. You'll also be responsible for monitoring client addendums and advising the estimating team on changes during the estimate period, as well as reviewing design options and recommending the best solution based on cost, engineering quality, and availability of materials.


With at least 15 years of experience in heavy civil construction projects, you'll bring a track record of success in bidding and winning large-scale projects to the table. Previous experience in marine construction, such as piers, bridges, docks, berths, and dredging, is a plus. You'll have a B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field, and be proficient in computer software such as Excel, HeavyBid, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
