We have an exciting opening for a fulfilling position as Graphic Designer at SitePartners. We’re looking to add a fresh perspective to our rapidly growing creative team with a skilled designer, capable of assisting on all facets of our agency’s creative output.


So what kind of person fits the role? A visual thinker who’s resourceful, a self-starter who can identify creative opportunities, and a hard worker who wants to build their portfolio in an industry that’s one big blank canvas. We need someone who’s passionate about design, great at taking creative direction, and has the skills and experience to work across a variety of graphic disciplines—from branding to production design to print layout to video assets to pretty much anything else you can think of.


This position is full-time with a mix of working from the SitePartners head-office and remotely. We pride ourselves on offering a flexible working environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the planning creative concepts by studying relevant information and following strategic/creative briefs.
  • Helping support the senior designer on brand development and brand identity projects for industrial clients.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Working with the Creative Director and Senior Designer on special internal and client projects.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for company logos, site signage, marketing collateral, websites, digital advertising, brochures etc.
  • Assisting with document layout, powerpoint templates, and production design.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar formal training in graphic design, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a graphic designer
  • Experience working at a marketing agency is preferred
  • Ability to work quickly, independently and under pressure
  • Demonstrable skills with a strong portfolio
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Understanding and experience with general marketing strategy, production, website design, corporate identity, collateral design, advertisements, and multimedia design
  • Strong presentation and visualization skills with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas and concepts
