Support Consultant


Start your career in the technology landscape as a Support Consultant at SiteTechnology. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for our ERP and System Implementation clients. You'll join a team of tech-savvy problem solvers with a deep understanding of client needs across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, finance, or related field, and is looking to enter the world of technology consulting. You are eager to learn new skills, work with a diverse range of clients, and grow with a fast-paced company.



What you’ll be doing:


  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems for existing clients (Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, Acumatica, and others),.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Document and track client issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Assist clients with configuration, testing, and training in key areas like procurement, inventory, operations, manufacturing, projects, service management, warehouse, and sales.
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and product enhancements.
  • Actively seek opportunities for self-development through training and learning new releases or solutions.
  • Some travel to client sites may be required.


A little bit about you:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is an asset
  • 1-3 years experience working in accounting/technology implementation
  • Experiencing working within a professional services environment and/or industrial sector clients and companies a major asset
  • Strong time management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, or similar ERP a strong asset
