Job Description:

Marketing Planning and Implementation

  • Embed customer insights into marketing projects.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to meet growth objectives.
  • Ensure marketing messages focus on customer needs.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs.
  • Plan and integrate marketing activities across traditional and digital channels.
  • Alignment with stakeholders on marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar.
  • Trial and optimize strategies and tactics by segment.

Lead Generation and Sales

  • Develop programs to generate qualified leads and meet targets.
  • Capture customer information through digital forms.
  • Implement nurture programs for unqualified leads.
  • Work with event teams to capture leads at events.
  • Increase CASL consent from customers and prospects.
  • Ensure marketing lists and campaigns comply with corporate procedures.
  • Manage leads in the CRM system and track results.
  • Provide sales tools and support materials

Creative Development and Execution

  • Align content and creative positioning with brand values.
  • Write creative briefs and manage project scope with the digital team and agencies.
  • Develop creative materials across all channels.
  • Consult stakeholders throughout the creative process.
  • Ensure creative materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative development.
  • Maintain high-quality, error-free creative materials.

Budgeting, Reporting and Process Governance

  • Establish and manage campaign and project budgets.
  • Review estimates and invoices to stay within budget.
  • Process invoices and ensure correct coding of expenditures.
  • Use marketing reports to understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Adhere to marketing processes and campaign governance.

Education & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing/Business or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Customer-facing experience is an asset.
  • Experience in marketing strategy and planning
