Position Details


Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent


Hourly Wage: $55.00 - $60.00


Weekly Hours: 30 to 40

Job Duties


  • Oversee and manage all operational aspects of Gryphon Development, ensuring alignment with the company's artistic vision and community development goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the organization operates within budget constraints.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet organizational objectives efficiently.
  • Identify and select partners, including contractors, subcontractors, and third-party companies, that align with Gryphon Development's artistic and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with partners and vendors, including terms, pricing, and timelines, to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards throughout the organization to ensure the quality of operations.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and financial impacts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of partners and third-party companies, assessing their adherence to operational standards, timelines, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or management
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Prior experience in construction/development or a related field is an asset
