Practice Lead - Business Central


As the Practice Lead for Business Central, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Business Central implementation practice. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality ERP solutions for our industrial clients, ensuring that they meet their business objectives and expectations. You will also manage and develop our team of Business Central consultants, providing them with mentorship, training, and feedback. You will be the go-to expert for Business Central, staying updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and best practices. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads, proposals, and demos for Business Central prospects.


The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV. You have experience leading and managing teams of consultants, and delivering complex projects on time and budget. You have excellent communication and client service skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners. You are passionate about technology and innovation, and eager to grow with a fast-paced company.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Lead and manage the delivery of Business Central implementation projects for our industrial clients, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Central consultants, providing them with mentorship, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for Business Central implementation, and ensure compliance across the practice.
  • Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and best practices for Business Central, and share knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads, proposals, and demos for Business Central prospects, and participate in pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners, and act as the primary point of contact for Business Central related issues and inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and improvement within the Business Central practice, and align with the company’s strategic vision and goals.
  • Some travel to client sites may be required.


A little bit about you:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
  • 8+ years experience working in ERP implementation, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV
  • 3+ years experience leading and managing teams of consultants, and delivering complex projects on time and budget
  • Experience working within a professional services environment and/or industrial sector clients and companies
  • Strong project management and organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail
  • Passion for technology and innovation, and eagerness to grow with a fast-paced company

  • Competitive salary: $140,000 - $180,000 plus annual performance bonus
