Project Manager, Roads + Highways
Our Ontario team is seeking a Project Manager, Roads + Highways.

This position will require expert knowledge of the design of roads, highways and subgrade infrastructure, successful experience delivering projects and mentoring junior staff.
This position may be based out of our Toronto or Whitby offices. Work schedule can be hybrid in nature.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- RESPONSIBILITIES:Assumes ownership of assigned projects and executes successfully.
- Monitors budgets and schedules of assigned projects.
- Lead all aspects of the project on behalf of the client including managing the project team and subconsultants.
- Identifies potential project prospects and assists/leads in preparation of technical proposals to support marketing efforts.
- Responsible for assigned project delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Maintains client relationships.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, required.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management activities and managing design teams.
- Experience with construction administration activities and interaction with construction field teams.
- Experience working with local and regional municipalities.
- Demonstrate solid presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
- Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
- High level of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.
