About the RoleThe Project Manager, Warranties will be an integral part of our construction team, supporting multiple builds, and ensuring our customers are satisfied. You will work closely with teams from the developers, homeowners, strata corporations and trades. This person will be organized, personable, detail oriented and thorough.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 2-5-10 warranty issues for our Clients;
  • Liaise with client Customer Care Teams and Strata Corporations to ensure timely and organized follow up
  • Communicate with home owners to coordinate and remedy warranty fixes;
  • Organize and coordinate simultaneous ongoing projects and provide insightful reporting back to the business
  • Establish a strong working relationship with our warranty provider;
  • Work with external Engineers and review Strata Engineer Reports;
  • Establish best in class processes to provide guidance and support;
  • Work with our project teams to gather information, get trade support and provide feedback as needed.


What you Bring


Skills and Experience

  • Five to seven (5-7) years of experience as a Project Manager or working in construction
  • Experience with residential construction: familiar with general contractors, stratas, developers, trades
  • Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field;
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt to conflicting needs
  • Strong relationship and network of sub-trades in the Lower Mainland;
  • Strong communication - confidence and ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience with contract management, warranties and insurance an asset.

The base salary range for this role may be $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus program. During the interview process, let’s talk to get the right fit for your experience level.
