Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for innovation in the utility and nuclear sectors? On behalf of our client we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects and drive excellence in engineering and design.

Role and Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Plan and oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring all customer quality requirements are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Customer Interface: Address and resolve exceptions, deviations, deficiencies, and nonconformances with customers. Develop new business opportunities through effective customer interaction.
Supplier Management: Ensure suppliers meet scope and qualification requirements and comply with quality assurance standards.
Technical Review: Review and approve technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and procedures from various sources.
Resource Planning: Plan and manage resource requirements for all projects to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Project Timelines: Maintain and communicate project delivery timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and adherence to project schedules.
Quotations and Opportunities: Prepare quotations, evaluate commercial opportunities, and support business development efforts.

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent technical qualification.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
Experience in accounting and financial management.
Expertise in nuclear quality assurance program implementation.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multifunctional teams.
Proven customer service and support skills.
At least 10 years in a technical role with direct customer interface.
Minimum of 5 years as a project team leader with demonstrated success in leading, organizing, planning, and executing technical projects.
Track record of achieving results in quality, production, qualification, delivery, and cost management.
