Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for innovation in the utility and nuclear sectors? On behalf of our client we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects and drive excellence in engineering and design.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Plan and oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring all customer quality requirements are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Interface: Address and resolve exceptions, deviations, deficiencies, and nonconformances with customers. Develop new business opportunities through effective customer interaction.
  • Supplier Management: Ensure suppliers meet scope and qualification requirements and comply with quality assurance standards.
  • Technical Review: Review and approve technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and procedures from various sources.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and manage resource requirements for all projects to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Project Timelines: Maintain and communicate project delivery timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of orders and adherence to project schedules.
  • Quotations and Opportunities: Prepare quotations, evaluate commercial opportunities, and support business development efforts.


Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Expertise in nuclear quality assurance program implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multifunctional teams.
  • Proven customer service and support skills.
  • At least 10 years in a technical role with direct customer interface.
  • Minimum of 5 years as a project team leader with demonstrated success in leading, organizing, planning, and executing technical projects.
  • Track record of achieving results in quality, production, qualification, delivery, and cost management.
