Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Project Manager at Roco Build Construction inc. located in Burnaby, BC. As a Senior Project Manager at Roco Build Construction, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing a wide range of construction and restoration projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in driving our company's growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or restoration industry, with a strong track record of managing large-scale
projects.Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Experience with both residential and commercial projects is essential.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Client-Focused: A client-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
