· 6-Storey Mixed-Use Build
· 5 levels of wood-frame residential on 1-level on concrete commercial space above an underground concrete parkade
· 60+ units
· Port Moody
· Groundwork is underway with the Superintendent needed (to take over) before July
· Challenging design with complex mechanical systems
Company Details
Family-owned group of businesses that has been around since the 80's. This division focuses on General contracting projects and in the future will build for the development arm of the business. Projects vary from residential multi-family to commercial and special projects. The group of companies has over 300 employees throughout the businesses, and they are in growth mode. The GC arm has a flat organizational structure and prides themselves on hiring strong candidates who have high internal accountability.

Qualifications
· 5+ years experience as a Superintendent focused on wood-frame residential construction
· Minimum 1 start-to-finish wood-frame apartment project delivered as a Superintendent
· Experienced leading a project with a underground parkade
· Strong understanding of blueprints, fire separation and able to proactively find constructability challenges & design issues
· Strong written skills and an honest communicator
· Tech Savvy – Procore, Timberline, MS Project, Salus are all an Asset
· A strong history of tenure
· Asset – Red Seal or hands-on trades experience
What you Get
Salary between $120,000 – $145,000 // 3 weeks of vacation // Vehicle allowance // Phone allowance // Annual bonus plan // Benefits // RRSP plan entry after 1 year
