The opportunity:

Our client is a rapidly scaling commercial and retail interiors construction provider.


They are seeking a senior executive to lead a new program solution targeting restaurant chains and franchises across North America. The program includes rapid remodelling and built-outs that minimize disruption and maximize return on investment. This executive leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for the program and company, ensuring alignment with the brand promise and enhancing the customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Shaping and executing the company's strategic vision ensuring alignment with the brand promise and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Drive the strategic direction and successful execution of key projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide visionary leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed quality expectations.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Design and implement advanced training and development programs to elevate team expertise and ensure alignment with project goals and organizational standards.
  • Champion a customer-first approach in all project deliverables, driving initiatives that result in exceptional customer experiences and positive reviews for reimagined locations.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to continuously refine and improve project outcomes and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Leverage sophisticated project management tools, including Procore, to establish robust reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into project progress, milestones, and risks.
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive reporting structures to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic insights for senior leadership.
  • Lead budget management efforts with a strategic focus on identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and other departments to ensure precise and transparent financial reporting, contributing to overall financial health and accountability.
  • Innovate and implement strategies to enhance brand perception and deliver a compelling brand experience across all franchisee locations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in strategic project management, with a preference for expertise in commercial construction or a similar field.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities, with a proven track record of fostering high-performance teams.
  • Proficiency with advanced project management tools, such as Procore, and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise, with a strategic approach to cost optimization.
  • Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional quality experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the context of construction management, with a proven ability to drive strategic outcomes and lead high-impact projects
