As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of Sales.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Revenue to join our executive team. The VP of Revenue will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing our sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and developing strategies to optimize our go-to-market approach. This role is integral to our growth and success, requiring a leader with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, exceptional strategic thinking, and a proven track record of revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the company’s overall long term business objectives.
  • Test prospect pitching techniques, lead by example, implement and experiment.
  • Lead large deal communications and closings.
  • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of our customer base.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the revenue teams.
  • Collaborate with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for revenue initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Drive the implementation of technology and tools to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in key customer engagements.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles within the SaaS industry.

Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.


Deep understanding of SaaS business models, sales, marketing, and customer success best practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM and other sales and marketing tools.


Compensation:

$80 to $120 with OTE up to 50% commission based on top

This position is the entry point of a C-Suite position opportunity. Upon established performance, trust and capability the company will support the positive progression to further leadership influence.
